My journey starting in 2016 after two impactful loses. My depression spiraled out of control and I ended up on medicine. I didn't like how it made me feel and vowed to heal myself through alternative practices/medicine. My jounrey lead me to multiple countries and I'm now living the life of my dreams in Ghana with my twin babies. I've hosted retreats, bootcamps, and created many of tools.
